1. Marinate the SteakIn a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Place the steak in a resealable bag or dish, pour the marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
2. Prepare the GrillPreheat the grill to high heat. If using charcoal, wait until the coals are ashy and gray.
3. Grill the SteakRemove the steak from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until it reaches the desired doneness. Get a good char on both sides.
4. Rest and SliceAllow the steak to rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
