1. Preheat and prepPreheat oven to 450°F. Let dough come to room temperature. Lightly oil a sheet pan.
2. Form the rollsCut dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and coat in grated Parmesan. Place on sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
3. BakeBake for 15–17 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly.
4. Make maple butterMash softened butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth. Add salt if desired.Make extra maple butter—it’s great on pancakes too!
